Salon Policy

For Nail Services:

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satify, please let us know during your services or within 48 hours after your services has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and fix.
  • For your comfort and safety, please notify our technicians if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the services, please alert your technicians immediately.
  • There is no refund on services rendered.
  • In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staffs, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.
  • Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
  • As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
  • While our staffs does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often we urge you to change out of your clothing, hang it up, and put on a smock in our restroom. We cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing or shoes during a service.

For Waxing and Eyelash Extension:

  • Please do not use a sunbed or overexpose the area you are having waxed to the sun 24hours before your service.

  • Avoid very hot baths/steam room/sauna immediately before your service.

  • Please advise us if you are taking Roaccutane (sometimes known as Accutane, a drug prescribed for acne) or taking long term steroids, ideally before your service.

  • Please advise us if you have recently had any microdermabrasion/skin peels or use products containing steroids, Retin A or AHAs on the area you are having waxed.
